Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. Please read them with our Delivery terms, Returns and exchanges and Privacy policy, which form part of them.

1. Who we are

2. Using this website

You may use this website to find products and send us a quote list. You must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send false or misleading orders;
• copy, scrape or harvest its content or prices by automated means;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it;
• upload or send anything harmful, such as malware.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

3. Product information and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pictures and drawn tiles are for illustration, and sizes, weights and specifications are nominal, within the tolerances of the relevant standard. Stock shown on the website is a guide only.

Steel prices change often, so prices are not shown online. Every price is given in a written quote, in Ringgit Malaysia, with the delivery charge shown separately. A quote is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise.

4. Quotes and orders

Sending us a quote list is an enquiry, not an order. A contract is formed only when you accept our quote and we confirm your order in writing, by WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a price on a quote was clearly wrong; if we do, we refund anything you have paid.

5. Payment

Pay by bank transfer before delivery, unless we have approved credit terms for your account in writing. Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full. Risk passes to you once they are unloaded at the agreed delivery point.

6. Delivery, returns and claims

Delivery is covered by our Delivery terms. Report shortages or visible damage within 24 hours of delivery, and see Returns and exchanges for returning unused stock.

7. Your legal rights

If you buy as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Sale of Goods Act 1957, including the guarantee that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights.

Most of our customers buy for their business. Where you buy for business purposes, the Consumer Protection Act 1999 may not apply to you, and section 10 below applies in full.

8. Our content

The text, pictures, logo and design of this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

9. Other services

Sending your quote list opens WhatsApp or your own email program. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. Links to other websites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

10. Our liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, delay penalties or loss of use, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. For any order, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
