Returns and exchanges

Short, wrong or damaged deliveries

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos and the delivery order number by WhatsApp or email. If we delivered the wrong item, delivered too few, or the goods arrived damaged, we will exchange, top up or credit them at our cost.

Returning unused stock

You can return standard stock items within 7 days of delivery when they are:

• unused, uncut and in their original condition, and
• in full bundles or full sheets, with the delivery order or invoice.

A handling charge of 10% of the returned value applies, plus transport if we collect.

What we cannot take back

• Bars cut to length or bent to your schedule
• Special-order and indent items
• Fence panels, gates, posts and gabions that have been installed or assembled
• Goods that have rusted, been stored poorly, or been used on site

Refunds

After we inspect the returned goods, we issue a credit note or refund by bank transfer within 14 days.
