Where we deliver

We deliver by lorry across the Klang Valley and Selangor. Deliveries to other states in Peninsular Malaysia are arranged case by case.

Delivery charge

The delivery charge depends on distance, load size and site access. It appears on your quote before you confirm, so there are no surprises. Self-collection from our Klang yard is free, by appointment.

When it arrives

• Stock items: usually within 1 to 3 working days after payment, or after the order is confirmed for approved trade accounts.
• Cut-to-length, bent or special-order items: the lead time is stated on the quote.
• Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We call or WhatsApp the site contact before the lorry leaves.

Site access and unloading

• Please make sure the lorry can reach the drop point safely, and that there is clear, level space to unload.
• Mesh and bundled bars can be lifted off by lorry crane where we have agreed it and the site allows. Otherwise, unloading is done by your workers.
• If the lorry cannot reach the site or unload on arrival, a second trip may be charged.

Checking your delivery

Please count and inspect the goods when they arrive, then sign the delivery order. Note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery order, and tell us within 24 hours with photos (see Returns).

Ownership and risk

The goods become your responsibility once they are unloaded at the agreed point. They remain the property of Whole Resource Sdn Bhd until paid for in full.
